The Content Contained Within TheBody360 in any forIs For Education Purposes Only. I understand that the Programmes and contents within the Health Forum are designed for educational purposes only. They are not in any way to be interpreted, or taken to formulate an individual diagnosis, or take the place of the experience of a medically qualified physician who has indepth knowledge of your personal circumstances and health history. TheBody360 encourages ALL it's Members to not only get yearly diagnostic health metrics, but at the onset of any ongoing or new symptom to seek prompt medical appraisal and not rely on this forum, advice from friends and family or Mr. Google!

Members Duty of Compliance TheBody360 Member is under a duty to inform their medical physician of any new dietary change exercise programme or supplementation taken and TheBody360, or any of its agents cannot be held responsible for health injuries or consequences as a result of any part of the content of the Health Forum, Classes or Individual Programmes.

Be Aware! It is for the Member to be aware of, and take into consideration their existing health conditions, medications, allergies, food sensitivities and supplements and to ensure that any food content, recipes, herbs or supplementation contained in the Health Forum does not contraindicate any individual health risks and they pay close attention to the content of information in this regard. e.g. allergens are not highlighted in recipes so caveat emptor.

Members Liability For Non-Compliance and Copyright Enfringement. None of the contents of the TheBody360 Health Forum, Classes or Courses are for replication, distribution, either verbally, in printed form or digitally to anyone other than the fully paid Member. TheBody360 Limited claims full copyright to all the content, in every format, except where expressly stated otherwise.

TheBody360 Copyright Declaration : No copyright enfringement by TheBody360 Limited is intended. Photographs with copyright have been purchased by TheBody360 Limited and videos and other information are linked for educational purposes only and fall within permitted usage. Full accreditation for images and videos are given where known.

Refunds. Refunds to the Health Forum and selected programmes can be made, only in the following circumstances: within 2 weeks of commencing the 'Membership Term' eg : Bronze Membership to the Health Forum, or within 1 week of the Gold or Diamond Membership: chosen Programme commencement date (if subscribed), whichever is the latter. There will be no refund of the short classes, unless this is requested before the commencement of the class. Classes or programmes can be rescheduled if attendance is not possible, or type of programme can be swapped within 1 week of commencement on agreement with TheBody360.

Membership Termination or Refusal. TheBody360 Limited reserves the right to refuse any Membership to any individual without explanation, and before admission. In these circumstances a refund will be made in full. TheBody360 reserves the right to terminate any Membership (without refund) during the course of the 'Membership Term', in the event of abuse, bullying either personally, in the written word or verbally online or otherwise. In circumstances of non-compliance with the terms of the Health Forum and it's programmes, or in circumstances that do not befit the community spirit of the Forum as defined by TheBody360 Limited, it will be down to the discretion of TheBody360 if a partial refund will be given.

Payment terms. Payment of Membership to TheBody360 Health Forum and Programmes are currently taken as a one-off payment before the commentment of the 'Membership Term' which is 6 or 12 monthsin duration. The commencement of the 'Term" can be delayed with the express agreement with TheBody360.

Conditions relating to delivery or performance. TheBody360 programme sessions and classes are currently for 'live' viewing only and the date and time of the 'live access' of the individual programme or class is available on and from the Programme 'Page'. The Courses will be available in a recorded format from [July onwards] and sessions will be available for viewing by Members ONLY, for the duration of the Course when they will be removed. If the Member cannot attend, the live session, or view the recorded session in that time: they are permitted to revisit the missed session when the programme commences again.

Conditions Relating to Non-Attendance of the Host Of a Live Session. In the event of illness or unforeseen circumstances of a Course Presenter, such that the Programme cannot go ahead as scheduled, TheBody360 reserves the right to record the programme/session which will be made viewable to the Member for the duration of the programme.

Products & Services Liability: The links to products etc have been curated especially by TheBody360. TheBody360 neither manufactuers, nor sells any products in their own name or outside the scope of this Forum and the Trademark Criteria, and Articles of Association of the Company. Any product or service purporting to be TheBody360 should be deemed to be counterfeit unless TheBody360 has expressly declared a business affiliation or partnership. Products are linked for consumers ease of reference only and TheBody360 cannot be held responsible for any legal aspect of the product or its' delivery.
