Banana Bread ( I don’t know of a substitute for BANANA’S in banana bread …sorry )
Preset oven 350 40 minutes
1 1/2 cup of Oatmeal (grind up to create flour …I guess you could just buy oat flour )
3 ripe bananas

1/2 cup egg whites
1/2 cup applesauce
1 teaspoon Baking soda
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1/4 teaspoon Salt

1 teaspoon Lemon juice
1/3 to 1/2 cup of Lily’s semi sweet SF chocolate chips https://amzn.to/4aMdasq

Wet ingredients in bowl- mix well
Dry ingredients whisked together in a bowl ( I blend them in with the Ninja Blender )
Add chocolate chips
Fold wet ingredients to incorporate…then blend well!
BAKE 40 minutes in a loaf pan lined with parchment paper
8 pieces sliced 149 calories , 11 grams protein, 1.5 grams of fat, 24 grams of carbs
